We are a California-based educational advocacy firm dedicated to serving students and their families. Our team supports our clients in every way we can, whether that is college counseling, educational planning, academic appeals and petitions, disability casework, or working with students and families themselves. What we do
Disability Casework
We represent students and families navigating the IEP and 504 Plan process, ensuring access to the evaluations, services, and accommodations they need. Our team helps coordinate special education support, advocate for effective implementation, and assist in resolving disputes when necessary.
Coaching for Success
We coach on evidence-based strategies to students and their parents to help them succeed in school. This can include methods for managing a disability, or tools to be a better test-taker, time-manager, or note-writer! Every student deserves to feel empowered to do their best.
Educational Planning
We help students identify their postsecondary goals, whether college, vocational training, or other career pathways. Our team provides guidance to develop a comprehensive course plan for transfer and freshman applications, ensuring students meet all academic requirements.
College Counseling
We guide students through every step of the college admissions journey—from identifying schools that are the right fit to crafting compelling applications. Our support includes essay reviews, financial aid guidance, and enrollment assistance, helping students confidently take the next step toward their future.

Charlotte specializes in providing personalized college counseling, educational planning, and student/parent coaching services.
